Liam Cleaver

Liam Cleaver is a Senior Research Director at the IBM Institute for Business Value, where they lead research initiatives across hybrid cloud, AI, and other critical areas in collaboration with industry partners. Previously, they held various leadership roles at IBM, focusing on employee transformation, corporate communications, and digital strategy. With a background in legislative analysis and client relationship management, Liam has significant experience across multiple sectors, highlighting a passion for collaborative innovation and employee engagement. They also serve as a guest lecturer at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Currently, Liam is pursuing a Master of Arts at Georgetown University while holding a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Mary Washington.
