Libby Barrett

Libby Barrett is a Managing Consultant at IBM, specializing in strategy and transformation within the talent practice. With a background as a Certified Associate in Project Management and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Libby has cultivated extensive expertise in the government sector through various leadership roles in projects. Previously, Libby worked as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte and held positions in marketing and account services. A graduate of the Honours Bachelor of Commerce program at Queen's University, Libby also participated in a semester exchange at Trinity College Dublin, where they continue to pursue their degree. Additionally, Libby actively contributes to student organizations through mentorship and workshops.
