Lim Han Boon is a seasoned Customer Success Manager at IBM, a position they have held since 2022, after serving in various technical and management roles within the company since 2002. Prior to joining IBM, they were a Technology Strategist at Microsoft Singapore from 2014 to 2015 and worked as an IT Consultant at Singapore Computer Systems from 1989 to 1995.
