Lin Yang

Lin Yang is a Research Staff Member at IBM Research - China, where they lead the IT Operational Analytics (ITOA) research group, focusing on performance management and intelligent anomaly detection for large-scale applications and cloud platforms. With six years of experience in Cloud Computing and three years in Big Data, Lin has authored 16 academic papers, published three books, and holds 14 patents and disclosures. They obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Nankai University and participated in joint education at the University of Michigan.
