Lindsay Herbert

Lindsay Herbert is a seasoned leader in digital innovation and transformation with extensive experience at IBM since 2015 and currently serving as the Global Chief Innovation Officer at IBM Garage. At IBM iX, Lindsay has played a pivotal role as an inventor, notably with the creation of IBM Instant Checkout and Connected Store, while also leading various initiatives focused on sector challenges and cross-sector collaboration. Prior to IBM, Lindsay significantly contributed to the growth of Precedent as the Global Head of Digital, overseeing major digital programs for high-profile clients. Additional leadership roles include serving as Chair of the British Interactive Media Association's Innovation Council and as a Governor for the London Museum. With a strong educational background from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Lindsay is recognized for driving innovation across industries and fostering impactful partnerships.
