Liping Chen

Liping Chen is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in software development and quality assurance. Currently affiliated with IBM since 2013, Liping Chen works on the Smarter Cities Software, focusing on the Intelligent Operations Center and the Adaptive Key Performance Indicator Project. Previous roles include a localization test engineer at SimulTrans, an iOS developer at magictimeapps, and a QA professional at Liz Claiborne. Liping Chen holds a Research Master from Trinity College Dublin in Mobile Ad hoc Network - MAC layer protocol and a Master's degree in Mobile computing and networking from University College Cork.
