Long Vu is a Senior Technical Staff Member (STSM) and IBM Research Master Inventor with extensive experience in Generative AI, agent-based AI systems, and Automated Machine Learning. They have developed innovative techniques for AutoML and Reinforcement Learning while working at IBM. Previously, Long conducted research on multimedia networking as a Senior Software Engineer at Citrix Systems and contributed to various projects in database systems and peer-to-peer networking during their tenure as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Long is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the same institution.
