Louise Chen

Louise Chen has over 15 years of experience in IT projects and process management, specializing in procurement and supply chain processes. They previously served as an IT Architect at DNP Shanghai Office, an E-Procurement Lead at Alcatel Shanghai Bell, and held multiple roles at IBM, including Global BT/IT Application Owner and AP e-Procurement SME. Currently, they work in Risk Management focusing on finance and supply chain compliance. Louise holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, both from Shanghai University.
