Lucy Krigstein

Lucy Krigstein possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the HR & Talent Transformation BPO Shared Services Lead at IBM since May 2014. In this role, Lucy manages multiple shared services teams that support Talent Acquisition Client Account teams. Previously, Lucy held positions at IBM as the TAO Center of Branding & Strategy Lead and Portfolio Executive for RPO, overseeing global client programs. Prior to IBM, Lucy worked at KENEXA from September 2008 to May 2014, where roles included Director of RPO and various executive sponsorship and marketing strategy positions. Lucy began a career in RPO at Quorum International, serving as Managing Director and Account Director for Microsoft, overseeing services across 42 countries in EMEA. Lucy holds a BSC in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.
