Lynn Wells is an experienced professional with a strong background in both education and project management. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at IBM since June 2022, Lynn has been with the company since January 2001, initially as a Programme Manager. Prior experience includes a role at Surrey County Council from September 1998 to December 2000, where Lynn was promoted to Assistant Head of Year and taught General Science, Biology, and A Level courses. Lynn holds a PGCE in Secondary Science Education from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Zoology from Imperial College London.
