Maja Stopajnik

Maja Stopajnik has extensive experience in financial and operational management, with a notable tenure at IBM from 2005 to 2016, where roles included Global Technology Services Operations Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, and Financial Analyst and Controller. Maja has been responsible for ensuring operational excellence and financial performance, local strategy development, and cross-country collaboration within the organization. Maja began her career as a Phare Project Coordinator at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for IBM Slovenia. Maja holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from the University of Ljubljana and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, alongside early education at Gimnasium Celje and OS Radece.
