They have a proven track record at IBM, where they led diverse teams in innovative projects such as launching an AI-powered client engagement platform and orchestrating content syndication systems. With experience spanning roles from Client Executive to Global Manager & Channels Communications Leader, Mandy has consistently driven significant improvements in user adoption and operational efficiency. They hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University. Outside of work, Mandy enjoys spending time with family and pursuing home design projects.
