Manu Rajput is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in project delivery and team leadership, currently serving as a QA Lead at IBM since February 2024, focusing on a SWIFT Processing Solution for a banking organization. Previously, Manu held the position of QA Delivery Manager at IBM from November 2019 to December 2023, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes for a Canadian payment processing client. With a strong technical background, experience in multiple testing phases, and expertise in tools such as Jira-Xray and Selenium WebDriver, Manu has also contributed to significant projects for top Canadian banks and AT&T during earlier roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Tech Mahindra.
