Marcelly V. is currently a Learning & Knowledge Intern at IBM, focusing on training management and metrics analysis in Latin America. Prior to this, Marcelly served as a Customer Success Leader and Project Consultant at UFABC jr. Consultoria, where responsibilities included enhancing customer satisfaction and managing project activities. Additionally, Marcelly held a Project Manager role, overseeing teams to ensure project completion within specified parameters. Earlier experience as an Apprentice at Santander Brasil involved customer service and administrative tasks. Marcelly is pursuing a Bachelor of Science and Humanities and a Bachelor of International Relations at the Federal University of ABC.
