Mariah Maxheimer

Mariah Maxheimer is a Managing Business Strategy Consultant at IBM, where they also held roles as a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Strategy and a Business Transformation/Digital Strategy Consultant. Previously, Mariah managed operations at JBS and led digital transformation initiatives. They served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Entrepreneurship Research Institute, contributing to in-depth studies on business incubation success. Mariah earned a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Strategy from Ryerson University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
