Mariam Massoud has a diverse background in technology, marketing, and customer service. Beginning with a role as a Company Host and Student Ambassador at Örebro University in February 2014, Mariam then engaged in marketing at Atrium Ljungberg in December 2014. From August 2015 to January 2018, Mariam worked at Nordea as a Customer Service Agent and Service Advisor. Transitioning to IBM, Mariam held various positions including Innovation Consultant and member of Bluesmarts, Marketing and Communications Coordinator at the IBM Client Center, and Technical Specialist Graduate in Hybrid Cloud Integration. Currently, Mariam serves as an IBM Public Cloud Technical Specialist since April 2020.
