Mark Goad

Mark Goad is currently a Site Reliability Engineering Manager for FedRamp at IBM, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they worked as a Security Engineer at IBM Enterprise & Technology Security from 2016 to 2022, where they led the implementation and support of QRadar SIEM. Prior to that, Mark served as an Architect at IBM from 2010 to 2016, focusing on data center solutions and network architecture. Their career began as a Network Architect at Sterling Commerce, where they contributed from 1995 to 2010.
