Mark Goossens

Mark Goossens is the Managing Director and Head of Public Sector Sales for IBM Technology, leading a highly experienced team responsible for IBM's engagements with the Government in the UK. Prior to this role, they served as Client Director for Home Office & Police at IBM and held various positions in public sector sales at companies such as Silicon Graphics and Sequent Computer Systems. Mark was also a Committee Member and Vice Chair at techUK, where they contributed from 2014 to 2018. They earned a BSc from the University of Portsmouth in 1984.
