Marlene Toh is currently the Chief of Staff of IBM APAC GM, a position held since 2024, following a tenure as Legal Counsel at IBM China from 2015 to 2024. They previously worked in various legal roles within IBM from 2013 to 2015 and IBM Taiwan from 2019 to 2020. Marlene started their career with internships at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law in 2012 and Dacheng Law Offices in 2011. They hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Tsinghua University and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of California, Berkeley.
