Marlene Wolf

Marlene Wolf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Professional Services Manager Quality Lead at IBM, Marlene leverages delivery expertise to establish quality standards and motivate teams to excel. Previously, as the Director of Quality Management at Octo, Marlene supported business operations across various functions. Marlene's role as Auditor Qualifications/Competency at DEKRA North America involved ensuring compliance with ANAB requirements. As Executive Director/Chief Quality Executive at Educational Testing Service (ETS), Marlene implemented quality processes and managed enterprise risk. Earlier positions include Director of Quality Management and Improvement and Group Manager at Vertis Communications, as well as Plant Manager in a union facility. Marlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
