Mary Goode

Mary Goode has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as a Manager at IBM since May 2002, where leadership involves overseeing three teams of IT Architects and Engineers in the design and delivery of tools and monitoring systems across over 23,000 servers. Prior to this role, Mary served as a Technical Team Lead and Systems Management Integration Professional at IBM, focusing on the implementation and support of Enterprise Systems Management solutions. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Specialist at American Express, responsible for ensuring the availability of critical monitoring infrastructure. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 1991.
