Mathew James

Mathew James currently serves as the Assistant Manager of US Recruitment at IBM, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Mathew was employed at SpanIdea Systems from June 2017 to September 2025, where responsibilities included positions as Lead Recruiter, Senior IT Recruiter, and IT Recruiter. Mathew holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Jain (Deemed-to-be University), completed in July 2025, and previously earned a Master of Science in Microbiology from St Joseph's University in May 2017, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Christ University, Bangalore, in June 2015. Mathew's academic journey began with a pre-degree in PCMB from Christ Junior College, completed in June 2012.
