Maureen E. Gilchrist

Maureen E. Gilchrist is an experienced technology leader specializing in solutions architecture and technical engagement management. Currently serving as Director of Solutions Architecture for the Americas at IBM since September 2025, following the acquisition of HashiCorp where Maureen held a similar position. Previously, Maureen was with Aviatrix as Director of Technical Engagement Management, where responsibilities included establishing project teams and managing cloud networking services. A long tenure at VMware saw Maureen in several director roles focused on global services, program management, and customer success in cloud networking and security products. Early career experiences include managerial positions at Prudential Financial, Medco, KPMG US, and Scholastic, demonstrating a strong background in project management, data administration, and IT leadership. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
