Max Jefferies

Max Jefferies has a diverse professional background with experience in both customer service and consulting roles. Beginning as a Centre Assistant at Freedom Leisure from July 2013 to July 2016, responsibilities included providing customer service, lifeguarding, and ensuring the smooth operation of the center. Transitioning to IBM, Max took on multiple positions, starting as a Junior Business Consultant in the financial team for a public sector client during a sandwich degree placement, followed by a Business Consultant role from July 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities included co-managing the implementation of Oracle Fusion for a private sector client. Currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant since March 2021, Max leads as a Scrum Master, facilitating an agile release train for an enterprise CRM project. Max holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sussex, achieving a 2:1 classification.
