Maxwell Cutler is a Managing Consultant at IBM Consulting specializing in Federal Enterprise Strategy. Previously, Maxwell served as a Director of Marketing at Trade Compliance Group and as the VP of Operations at Plant Cell Technology, Inc., where they significantly increased sales volume and revenue. Maxwell also gained experience as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland and held various roles in marketing and management, including an MBA internship at Cloudforce. Maxwell's entrepreneurial spirit was evident when they founded WeBusU, a transportation and event planning service for fellow students.
