Megnot Hailu has held various leadership roles in technology and project management, including serving as Director of IT Program Management at Nationwide Insurance in 2006. In 2020, Megnot worked at IBM as a Partner and Delivery Executive, and previously held positions such as Associate Partner & Delivery Program Executive and Sr. Managing Consultant & Delivery Program Manager. Megnot earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from The Ohio State University between 1994 and 1999, and completed the Baccalauréat of Science at Centre International de Valbonne in Nice, France, from 1989 to 1993.
