Melissa Rojas has acquired extensive experience in the areas of project management and customer operations through various roles across prominent companies. Starting at Procter & Gamble as an Employee Services Associate from January 2001 to December 2003, Melissa continued to develop expertise as an EMEA Associate Delivery Project Executive and later took on leadership positions, including GBS Costa Rica Center Lead and Delivery Project Executive, largely focused on the Procter & Gamble account. After transitioning to IBM, Melissa held multiple roles, including Contact Center Supervisor and Client Operations Manager, before becoming an Integrated Operations Manager at Kyndryl in September 2021. Melissa holds a Licentiate degree in Law from Universidad Autonoma de Centroamérica, earned between 1995 and 1999.
