Meredith Black is currently a Senior Counsel at IBM Global Real Estate, providing global legal support through negotiation, drafting, and coordinating real estate transactional documents. Previously, they served as Assistant General Counsel at The Benjamin Companies, where they managed all aspects of real estate development. Throughout their career, Meredith has held various legal positions, including Senior Attorney at IBM and Counsel at Zarin & Steinmetz. They are also a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Bedford, reviewing applications for variances and special permits. Meredith earned a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
