Meredith Cavanaugh is a retired engineer and manager, having recently concluded their tenure at IBM, where they served as the Worldwide Team Lead for Industrial Engineering and the z/HE pSeries Assembly & New Products Engineering Manager. Meredith's extensive experience at IBM since 1992 focused on workload and capacity planning, as well as capital, energy, and space optimization in high-end server manufacturing. They earned both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
