Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager FSS and an ITS Contract Business Manager for Financial Services, Michael oversees contract health, client satisfaction, and revenue for finance industry contracts, while also managing project managers and related contracts. Michael possesses extensive experience in international projects, including help desk operations, IT infrastructure, and services delivery. Previously, Michael held roles as a Client Partner Executive and Account Management Partner at Kyndryl. Michael earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College between 2015 and 2017.
