Michael Dews

Michael Dews is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and application support. Currently serving as a Business Account Director at IBM since October 2025, Michael previously held the same title at Symatrix, an IBM company, from July 2008 to October 2025, where prior roles included Application Support Manager and Oracle Analyst. Michael began a career in the tech sector at Network Rail, working as an Applications Support Analyst from February 2002 until June 2008. Educational credentials include a Level 5 qualification in Operations and Departmental Management from The Apprentice Academy and additional studies at Aquinas College Stockport and The Manchester Metropolitan University.
