Michael DiPaula-Coyle

Michael DiPaula-Coyle is the Head of International Trade and Supply Chain Resiliency and Director for Enterprise Risk at IBM. They have previously held notable positions, including Director of Policy Advocacy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration. Michael's educational background includes an M.A. in International Peace and Security Studies with Distinction from King's College London and a First Class MA (Honors) in International Relations and Modern History from the University of St Andrews. Prior experience encompasses roles at IBM focused on international trade policy and government affairs.
