Michael Fairbank

Michael Fairbank is a certified SAFe Agilist and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience in business transformation and strategy consulting. They have held key roles in organizations such as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Quality Assurance Manager and at BBVA as an Agile Coach, where they deployed Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and quality. Currently, as a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM, Michael leads various projects focused on process re-engineering and automation, resulting in significant cost savings for clients. Their past roles also include serving as a Transformation Program Manager at Nationwide and a Lean and Automation Program Lead at Paysafe. Michael began their career in research and development, applying their expertise in RFID to improve operational efficiency at Penn State University.
