Michael Libutti

Michael Libutti is a seasoned leader with over 19 years of experience in the Federal market, currently serving as a Senior Partner and Vice President at IBM. They previously held various positions at Northrop Grumman and CSC, where they developed overhead rate structures and led significant Defense Department projects, respectively. Michael's early career featured roles as a Financial Analyst and later as an Account Manager, culminating in their current leadership role at IBM, where they manage a $100M+/year organization. They earned an MBA from the University of Maryland College Park and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University, along with a minor in the Legal Environment of Business.
