Michael Martine is the Director of Asset Engineering at IBM Consulting, leading a global team of professionals dedicated to building and maintaining IBM's differentiated software assets. With over 25 years of experience in business and technology, Michael has been pivotal in various leadership roles within IBM's Services division, including managing integration teams during significant mergers and acquisitions. Michael holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird and has studied at the Technical University in Berlin, in addition to completing a two-year expatriate assignment in Budapest, Hungary. A black belt in To-Shin Do Ninjutsu, Michael is also passionate about STEAM education and actively engages in podcasting and music.
