With extensive experience in the full engineering lifecycle, Michael has previously held roles such as Director at Deloitte UK, where they focused on cyber solutions for the consumer industry, and System Design Authority at BAE Systems, overseeing naval missile defense systems. Their earlier positions also include Head of Cyber Group at MASS and Group Head for Integrated Solutions at MASS Consultants, where they managed teams and strategies for successful project delivery. Michael holds a degree in Mathematics and Physics from Loughborough University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
