Michael Yin is currently the Infrastructure Director for Watson Orders at IBM, leading teams in cloud infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, security, and data platforms. Previously, Michael served as the Director of Infrastructure at McD Tech Labs, where they managed cloud infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, and data platform teams. Prior to that role, Michael held the position of Director of SRE and Head of Security at Tapingo from 2016 to 2019, and they were the Director of Information Technology and Services at San Jose State University from 2008 to 2016. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems at San Jose State University while also engaging with AWS popup education.
