Mike Chon

Mike Chon has over two decades of experience in various leadership and consulting roles across notable organizations. Chon served as CTO at KDC from 2000 to 2002 and held positions at Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineer between 1995 and 1997, and at Accenture and PwC as a Consultant in the late 1990s. After progressing through IBM in roles such as Associate Partner and currently as Vice President & Senior Partner leading Talent Transformation Services, Chon was also a Managing Director at Deloitte from January 2017 to May 2020, and a Senior Director for HR Strategy and Plans at AIG from April 2011 to January 2017. Chon holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Finance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
