Mike Reading

Mike Reading is an experienced ServiceNow Architect currently working at IBM since 2025. They previously held roles as a Senior Technical Consultant at ServiceNow and Engage ESM in 2021, as well as a Senior ServiceNow Engineer at Deliveroo from 2022 to 2023. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Major Incident Manager and led major incident teams at Sainsbury's between 2015 and 2016, and served as a Software Technician at CDL from 2012 to 2013. Mike is the President of Liberty Therapy Solutions, a company providing staffing solutions in the healthcare and education sectors.
