Min Liu

Min Liu has over eight years of extensive experience at IBM, holding multiple leadership roles including Greater Wuhan Region HR/Adm. Leader, Business Operation Manager, and Senior HR Manager for Greater East China. Key responsibilities encompassed talent recruitment, developing software outsourcing business, and implementing HR programs for over 4,000 employees across multiple branches. Prior to IBM, Min Liu worked as an English Interpreter at Hubei Province Agriculture Machine Company Ltd. and served as a Secretary at the China-Britain Business Council. Min Liu earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Hubei University.
