Minako Otsuka

Minako Otsuka (Hirao) is a Talent Acquisition Partner with a decade of experience in the recruiting field. For the past three years, they have focused on full lifecycle recruitment for IT clients in Japan after transferring from Singapore, where they supported recruiting efforts across APAC countries. Prior to this, Minako spent approximately seven years at recruitment agencies in Japan and Singapore, gaining expertise across various industries, including Manufacturing, FMCG, and IT. They hold educational experience from Aoyama Gakuin University and the University of Utah.
