Miroslav Capay

Miroslav Capay is currently the Direct Tax Lead CEWA at IBM, where they oversee corporate income tax and withholding tax operations, compliance, and advisory. Previously, Miroslav held various positions at IBM, including Tax Staff - Special Projects, where they managed tax audits and coordinated with country tax managers across the MEA region, and Incentive Plan Advisor, providing communication and advisory support on sales plans. Their earlier experience includes managing the Tax team within the finance shared services center in Bratislava and providing IT support at Philips Slovakia S.R.O. Miroslav earned a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave.
