Mo Hasanuzzaman

Mo Hasanuzzaman is currently a Manager at IBM Research, focusing on TCAD predictive modeling for the development of next-generation 2nm CMOS technology. With extensive experience in the field, they previously contributed to the development of 7nm and 14nm CMOS technology nodes at both IBM Corporation and GLOBALFOUNDRIES.
