Moon Ahn is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and organizational consulting, with a career spanning over two decades. At Korn Ferry, Moon served as a Team Leader in Talent Acquisition and later held the same position at Futurestep, focusing on industry-specific projects. Transitioning to Takeda in November 2021, Moon took on the role of Agile Talent Acquisition Lead, emphasizing a people-centered approach.
