Nancy Le has a diverse background in patient coordination, treatment coordination, and project management. Nancy's career began as an Office Manager at Georgetown Park Orthodontics from July 2012 to June 2015, followed by a role as a Patient Coordinator at WILLIAM K. BRAYER, DMD, PC from June 2015 to December 2018. From November 2018 to August 2019, Nancy worked as a Treatment Coordinator at Three Creek Dentistry. Transitioning to a more analytical role, Nancy served as a Quality Assurance & Risk Analyst at Occam Solutions, Inc from August 2019 to February 2022. Nancy then took on positions as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst with Octo from March 2022 to January 2024 and currently holds the position of Scrum Master at IBM since January 2024.
