Nathan Gurley

Nathan Gurley is an experienced software developer with a strong background in both game development and back-end programming. In a role as Game Development Team Lead at Birkdale Neuro Rehabilitation Centre, Nathan directed a team to create games for pediatric neurological rehabilitation while employing Design Thinking Methodology. At IBM, Nathan advanced from Back End Developer (Band 6) to Back End Developer (Band 7), where Nathan led the design of a dual control security model and presented a security prototype to a significant audience. Also, Nathan's tenure at ClinMunications as Lead Web Developer involved optimizing database performance, alongside a brief role as a Mobile Ticketing Ambassador with the Cincinnati Bengals. Nathan earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Miami University, completing studies in 2020.
