Neil MacKinnon

Neil MacKinnon is a Senior Technical Writer and Editor, as well as a Digital Media Creator and Content Producer at IBM Canada Software Lab in Toronto. With over 20 years of experience in technical communication and content development, they have produced and edited various types of digital content, including articles, tutorials, and videos. Neil's previous roles include Editor at Butterworths Legal Books, Information Developer at IBM, and Senior Editor and Digital Media Producer at IBM, where they led editorial directions and developed strategies for engaging content across multiple channels. Currently, Neil is pursuing their education at Ryerson University.
