Ngoc Le

Ngoc Le, known as "now," is an accomplished product leader with over 10 years of experience in various roles within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Product Manager at IBM, Ngoc previously co-founded and led Phase Zero, which focuses on automating healthcare workflows. Ngoc’s prior experience includes directing product management at Luum and Ovation.io, as well as holding engineering roles at AIM Aerospace and Apptio. Ngoc graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
