Nikki Doull

Nikki Doull is a Senior Project Manager currently with IBM, where they lead various projects and initiatives. They have a strong background in business development consulting, particularly within the automotive and data centre industries, and possess skills in sales, customer relationship management, and strategic account management. Previously, Nikki served as a CRM & Platform Practice Lead at Waeg, where they supported a team of consultants and developers. They also have extensive experience in managing global initiatives, having been a Global Product Owner at LeasePlan, where they oversaw the rollout of Salesforce in 28 countries. Nikki holds a Master’s degree in Mastering Design Thinking from MIT and is pursuing a Postgraduate diploma in Business Administration and Management at the University of Auckland.
