Niklas Craft

Niklas Craft is currently the Practice Group Leader at IBM Consulting for Northern, Eastern, and Central Europe, overseeing a team of 140 employees in Hybrid Cloud Management. They are focused on agile and digital transformations across various Danish companies, utilizing frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Previously, Niklas held roles such as Scrum Master and Project Manager at Arla Foods, where they contributed to building Agile Release trains, and at IBM, where they led agile transformations across large organizations. They also serve as an Agile Coach and external lecturer at IT-Universitetet i København, mentoring students in Scrum methodology. Niklas is pursuing multiple degrees in Business and Management from institutions including California State University-Northridge and Aarhus Universitet.
